The club more or less runs itself from week to week, but we also organise featured sessions and special events from time to time.

2022 AGM:
The 2022 Folk Club AGM will be held on 27 March, 7pm, in The Dunblane, Lounge bar, before the usual session.
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Robertson. He had been coming to the Folk Club for more than 30 years. We send our condolences to his family.
The Funeral is on Friday 14th of August.
Jim's funeral is on Friday 14th August with the service being held at 12 midday at Cuthal's funeral directors in Grangemouth, numbers are strictly limited to a maximum of 20. However, the commital is at 1 pm at Grand Sable cemetery near Polmont. For those who wish to attend it should be possible to do so and maintain social distancing.
Then afterwards at approximately 1.30pm to the Leapark Hotel.
The numbers are restricted to 20 for the actual service.
Anyone, of course can come for the burial and the Leapark Hotel celebration of life.
We will find out on Monday if there will be a live streaming link to the funeral.
The Club is (was, before Covid) generally on every week, and this year we'll try staying open over the summer. Numbers have been good, and maybe we'll get some summer visitors to the area as well...
